Mr. Hardik Jain is a young and dynamic business leader, Promoter and Executive Director of Mangal Credit and Fincorp Limited (MCFL), the flagship NBFC of the Mangal Group. He has been instrumental in shaping the Company’s growth strategy and strengthening its presence in the retail financial services sector. With a strong entrepreneurial orientation, strategic vision and hands-on approach to business, he has played a key role in driving business expansion, strengthening institutional relationships and building a sustainable platform for long-term growth. Under his leadership, MCFL has consistently delivered strong business growth, recording a CAGR of approximately 35% over the last five years.

He holds a degree in Economics from the University of British Columbia, Canada, along with a certification in Fintech Strategy from The Wharton School. Following his education, he returned to India with the objective of contributing to the growth of the family business and has since gained experience across multiple functions within the Mangal Group. This diverse exposure has enabled him to develop a comprehensive understanding of business operations, financial services, strategic planning, market dynamics and emerging technology-led opportunities.

Since taking the position of Executive Director of MCFL, He has been closely involved in the Company’s strategic and operational growth. He played a significant role in successfully leading the Company’s listing on the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), marking an important milestone in MCFL’s institutional growth journey. Under his leadership, the Company has continued to expand its retail lending operations, strengthen relationships with leading financial institutions and enhance its customer-centric business model. MCFL currently operates through a network of 30 branches across Maharashtra, Gujarat and Rajasthan and continues to expand its presence across these markets.

He has a strong focus on sustainable growth, prudent expansion, operational excellence and long-term value creation. His strategic priorities include scaling the Company’s Assets Under Management, expanding its geographical footprint, diversifying its lending portfolio and strengthening its funding and institutional partnerships. His understanding of financial technology and evolving customer requirements further supports MCFL’s objective of building a scalable and technology-enabled retail lending platform.

With his combination of financial services experience, entrepreneurial leadership, technology orientation and strategic execution capabilities, He provides strong leadership to MCFL. His track record of delivering sustained growth, together with his focus on responsible lending, institutional partnerships, customer-centricity and strengthening the Company’s operating and financial platform, positions him as a key member of the management team. His leadership and long-term vision continue to support MCFL’s objective of emerging as a professionally managed, well-capitalised and scalable NBFC.
