Mr. Nilesh Jain is a financial services professional with over 15 years of experience across the banking and Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sectors. He currently serves as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Mangal Credit and Fincorp Limited, where he is responsible for overseeing the Company’s Gold Loan business and operations. His key responsibilities include driving business growth, strengthening branch operations, managing treasury and cash flows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and establishing robust financial controls across the Company’s operations.

Prior to joining Mangal Credit and Fincorp Limited, he was associated with IIFL Home Finance Limited from 2014 to 2020 as a Location Head, where he managed teams comprising Sales Managers, Relationship Managers and Direct Sales Teams. He was involved in business development and product structuring, including customised schemes such as subvention and flexible payment plans. During his tenure, he successfully built and managed a portfolio with an AUM exceeding ₹500 crore.

Earlier, he was associated with IIFL Finance Limited from 2011 to 2014 as a Territory Manager, where he managed branches and teams and was actively involved in driving the Gold Loan business. He also contributed to NCD/debenture collection activities and successfully built and managed a portfolio with an AUM exceeding ₹100 crore.

He holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA). His professional expertise encompasses strategic planning, business development, secured lending, Gold Loans, housing finance, mortgage and construction finance, sales and marketing leadership, financial advisory, team management and digital transformation.

With his extensive experience in the NBFC and financial services sector, particularly in Gold Loans, secured lending, business operations, treasury management and financial controls, he brings strong business, operational and financial expertise to the management of Mangal Credit and Fincorp Limited.
