Mr. Sriram Sankarnarayanan is a technology entrepreneur and capital-markets professional with extensive experience at the intersection of financial services, technology, software and stock broking. His professional career has been focused on building businesses, developing technology-led solutions and working in entrepreneurial environments within the financial services ecosystem.

He commenced his career with A. F. Ferguson & Co. and Hindustan Lever, he subsequently became part of the early team at India Infoline, with two stints during its formative years, and also worked with Dun & Bradstreet. Since 2007, he is into Xtremsoft, a specialist software company founded by him to develop technology solutions for the Indian broking industry. He is also serving as an Executive Director at Ventura Securities Limited. His experience therefore encompasses both sides of the broking technology ecosystem—developing technology solutions as a technology entrepreneur as well as participating in the management and operations of a broking business.
